We collect very limited personal data (your name, email address and qualifications) for the purpose of i) matching you with a suitable mentor ii) getting in touch with your regarding your experience with your mentor or other aspects of Decade On and iii) monitoring and evaluation purposes. 

Data shall only be shared with third parties to the extent that they are working alongside Decade On to further the charity’s objectives. We shall only retain your details for the duration of the mentoring relationship, or to keep historic record of recent applications. If at any point you wish for your personal data to be updated or removed from our records, please contact us at info@decadeon.com.

If you are not satisfied with the way a complaint you make in relation to your data is handled by us, you may be able to refer your complaint to the relevant data protection authority.
