How it works…

1. Finding a mentor and applying

We have mentors across a range of industries, so pick a sector that interests you and find a mentor you would like to connect with. 

We’ll need a few details about you, your experience and your ambitions — fill these out on our sign up form. 

We’ll process your enquiry and hopefully we can connect you with a mentor of your choice.

2. Introductions

If we successfully match you with a mentor, we shall send you a short welcome pack with details on how to reach out to them, alongside some suggested guidelines for your chats.

3. Progress & check-ins

We’ll check in on you every now and again to see how you are doing, but mainly we’ll leave you to it! If ever you need us, we are always contactable at info@decadeon.com.
